When the mixture of 3He and 4He is cooled to less than 870mK, the strong 3He rich phase is gradually separated from the 4He - rich dilute phase. Using efficient heat exchanger and circulation device, 3He molecules can move from dense phase to dilute phase on the two phase separation interface, so as to achieve dilution refrigeration and obtain extremely low temperature.
The minimum temperature of the T50 dilution refrigerator is 40mK, which provides two different types of installation of samples in the vacuum and the samples soaked in the liquid. It has the characteristics of simple operation, compact structure, stable temperature and so on. |
